Some people call it meditation. I call it sitting still because I don't like all the rules that people place on meditating. These three videos are to help you if you are someone who isn't sitting still much. The first video is a morning blessing of all of the relationships you have in life. This is a good place to start if you don't sit still yet or even if you do. This practice helps to balance your Chakras and move the Qi. You can also listen while you are still in bed, before you are fully awake even. The second video is for any time of day. It is a one minute ho'oponopono chant that you can even listen to in the car. The third video is an evening prayer of forgiveness of all of the relationships you have in life. You forgive and ask forgiveness. You can do this at bedtime as you are falling asleep. You will meet people who tell you that there are better meditations and longer times are necessary. I say something is better than nothing. Relax and enjoy.
