Journal

If you have ever journaled, you probably know its value. If you haven't ever journaled, I strongly suggest that you begin a practice of journaling even if it only for a month while you focus on a well-being goal. If you can do it for 30 days, you have formed a new habit, so it will be easier to keep it going. I have a journal option to fit your lifestyle and budget. You can have one free by signing up in the pop up box on the home page. You can login to an online journal below (under construction) or you can buy one I have created on Amazon (available June 12, 2019). Make a decision to journal as part of your decision for optimal well-being or simply better health.
