Now What do I do?

Now that you have learned about the Chinese Meridian Time Clock, what it means and its history, you need to sit still and pay attention. Pay attention to your activities, the weather, what you are eating and how you are feeling.
If you are exploring this site, my guess is there is a reason. Maybe it isn't because you are having any physical or emotional issues, but maybe somebody you care about is having an issue and you are hoping to help.
In the "what it means" section of this website, you had the opportunity to learn what each meridian could mean. What symptoms might indicate that there is an energy block and what you might do to help.
The first step in any change is awareness, so by keeping track, you can make changes in your habits and help your feelings of health and happiness.
Check out the emotion section to learn more about the emotions connected to each meridian.
You can also order a journal here or become part of a facebook group to learn more.
